By accessing or using beitouti studio ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

beitouti studio is a custom wall frame design and ordering platform. Users can design personalized frame arrangements, upload photos, and place orders for delivery across Egypt.

3. Orders and Payments

• All prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include a fixed 85 EGP delivery fee.
• Orders are confirmed only after our team reviews and contacts you via phone or WhatsApp.
• Installment payment (500 EGP fee) is available for Cairo and Giza only.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders at our discretion.

4. Production and Delivery

• Production time is typically 5–10 business days after order confirmation.
• Delivery timelines vary by city (Cairo/Giza: 1–2 days; other cities: 2–5 days after shipping).
• We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns and Cancellations

Because each frame is custom-made to your specifications, we cannot accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Cancellations must be requested before production begins — contact us via WhatsApp at +20 155 634 0331.

6. User Content

By uploading photos to the Service, you confirm you own the rights to those images or have permission to use them. We will not use your photos for any purpose other than producing your order.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform content, design, and branding are owned by beitouti. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, beitouti is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
